BMSCA D&P Library Remote Access Facility
BMS College of Architecture, Design & Planning Library provides remote access facility to subscribed electronic resources through the VTU Consortium Remote Access Portal. Faculty members, research scholars and students can access e-journals, e-books, databases and other scholarly resources from outside the campus using authorized login credentials.

Fair Use Policy for E-Resources
Electronic resources subscribed by BMSCA D&P Library are licensed resources and should be used only for academic teaching, learning and research purposes. Users must follow publisher license agreements and institutional guidelines while accessing digital resources.
Permitted Use
- Academic teaching and research activities.
- Downloading individual articles for personal study.
- Using resources for scholarly purposes.
- Saving references for research work.
Restricted Activities
- Sharing username and password.
- Bulk or systematic downloading.
- Using automated download software.
- Redistributing copyrighted content.
- Commercial use of resources.

Remote Access facility is available only for authorized users of BMSCA D&P Library. Misuse of login credentials or violation of publisher license agreements may result in suspension of access.
